“Paradise found” I spent a lovely week with the good folks at Amruthamgamaya in January. The residence and grounds are set in a lush tropical background with the sounds of the jungle all around you. The staff are caring and attentive. Usha made tasty, healthy veggie cuisine each day. I really enjoyed chilling with the guests and staff on the roof-top terrace. This was my first foray into yoga and it was a perfect introduction.

“Perfect Place to Relax” Amazing treatments, lovely pool, delicious food. A very relaxing place. Agree that a bit more orientation and information on arrival would help improve the experience.

“holiday of a lifetime”   peaceful heavenly atmosphere in comfortable accommodation staff are helpful and friendly lovely setting with pool and delicious food main attraction is the yoga, massage and ayurvedic treatment wonderful feeling of rejuvenation that was much needed! good to be so close to the beach, fun for strolls.

“This is the real McCoy!” Fabulous fabulous fabulous!! You cannot go wrong with this very special establishment that Sarah has put her all into setting up. She has done a fantastic job and is deeply rooted with the local community who have benefitted greatly also. Plenty of smiley faces around as a consequence. The Ayurvedic treatments are wonderful. Do go!
